Ellen McCarthy is a Partner at The Law Firm for Truck Safety. Ms. McCarthy  is passionate about helping injured people and their families. She believes that the civil jury trial system is one of the greatest assets available to injured people, and she loves participating in it-both for meaningful results for her clients, but also positive change for society. She brings her more than twenty-five years of successful litigation experience with her each time she is in court advocating for her clients.

Ellen is a recognized leader in the law profession. She is the 2019 president of the Ohio Association for Justice. From 2005-2009, she was a member of the Ohio Supreme Court Board of Bar Examiners. She was the 2016 Treasurer of the Ohio Association for Justice. She has been a trial advocacy instructor at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law for more than twenty years.
